I’m one with the mindset of ‘there has to be a better way’. When I was thrown into Operations after the COVID meltdown I had to make some changes. Firing people is never fun, but it needed to be done. Within 4-5 weeks, the balance of the Operations staff left leaving me completely solo in a department I had no previous experience.
